As a wellness and life transitions coach based in New York State, I conduct coaching sessions via Zoom under a signed HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA). This agreement ensures that appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are in place to protect the privacy and security of protected health information (PHI) transmitted during sessions. I am committed to maintaining confidentiality and limiting the collection and use of personal information to what is necessary for the coaching relationship. While Zoom provides secure transmission safeguards, I also implement reasonable privacy practices within my own operations to protect client information in accordance with applicable federal and state guidelines.

Your information is used solely for:

Scheduling and conducting coaching sessions
Communicating updates, reminders, or relevant resources
Maintaining accurate records for service continuity and accountability
