A Journey Toward Clarity & Growth
As a Health Coach specializing in Identity Shifts, Caregiving & Capacity, I understand that the roles we carry can profoundly shape who we become, and sometimes make it difficult to remember who we are outside of them.
For me, caregiving isn’t simply an area of professional focus. It’s part of my own story. I’m the mother of a 21-year-old son with special needs, and I’ve also experienced the changing roles, responsibilities, and loss that come with caring for an aging parent. I know what it means to love deeply, carry responsibility, adapt when life changes the plan, and still need room to remain a whole person yourself.
That lived experience informs my work, but it doesn’t define it. My professional foundation includes graduate-level study in health psychology, comprehensive health and wellness coach education, and ICF Level 2 coach training, with additional training aligned with National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) standards. I bring that foundation together with intuition, curiosity, and a practical understanding of real life to create a grounded, strategic space where insight becomes action.
Together, we cut through the noise, separate responsibility from identity, and reconnect you with who you are now, not just who others rely on you to be.
I also believe we are never finished becoming. In my own midlife, that has meant allowing myself to be a beginner again, including finally learning to play the cello. There’s something wonderfully humbling about doing something you’re not yet good at simply because it matters to you. Growth doesn’t always have to be productive. Sometimes it can be joyful.
Midlife isn’t a crisis. It’s a recalibration.
And caregiving has a way of accelerating that shift whether you’re ready or not.
Clarity, courage, and structure make the difference.
My mother’s quiet wisdom reminds me that education, growth, and even hardship never go to waste — they shape how we show up and how we lead. That belief grounds every conversation I hold as a coach.

My Approach
My coaching is compassionate but direct, intuitive but grounded, and reflective without getting stuck in reflection. I’m interested in helping you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and then decide what you want to do with that understanding.
I don’t approach you as someone who needs to be fixed. Instead, we identify what remains wise, capable, and intact, examine what no longer fits, and build from there.
Our work may include identity, boundaries, capacity, caregiving, health and well-being, relationships, or the question that often surfaces somewhere in midlife: What do I want now?
There is room here for complexity, humor, uncertainty, grief, possibility, and changing your mind. But there is also movement. Insight matters. What you do with it matters too.
Together, we turn clarity into direction, and direction into meaningful, sustainable action.
“Embrace change as a natural part of life’s journey. You are not alone; together, we will illuminate a path towards your goals and aspirations.”
"Every lesson leaves a trace."
