Refund Policy
Effective January 2026
At Dana’s Wellness Haven, I strive to provide a professional, compassionate, and transparent coaching experience. Because coaching is a collaborative and time-based service rather than a product, the following refund policy applies to all sessions, packages, and programs.
1. Individual Coaching Sessions

Cancellations: Sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled session time may be rescheduled at no charge.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or missed sessions without notice, are non-refundable.

Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled once at the client’s request if notice is given within the required timeframe.
2. Coaching Packages or Programs

Refund Eligibility: Coaching packages (multiple sessions purchased together) are refundable within 7 days of purchase, provided that no sessions have been used.

Once a session from a package has been completed, the package becomes non-refundable, though unused sessions may be rescheduled within the agreed-upon time frame.

In special circumstances (such as verified medical or family emergencies), partial credit toward future services may be considered at the coach’s discretion.
3. Group Programs, Events, or Workshops

Registration fees for group coaching programs or workshops are non-refundable once the program begins.

If cancellation occurs before the start date, a 50% refund may be issued, or full credit can be applied to a future event.
4. Technical or Platform Issues
If a session is interrupted or unable to proceed due to verified technical issues beyond the client’s control, including platform or internet connectivity failures, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time at no additional cost.
